To flash or upgrade your device using any of the files, you will have to use odinTo use odin, do the following below
Download and install Samsung usb drivers

Download and install Samsung usb drivers
Put your device into download mode by holding volume down+ home + powerbutton
Connect device to PC
Download the latest version of odin
Download and extract the firmware
Launch Odin
Click on AP button then navigate to the folder containing the firmware and select the file
After odin has analyzed the file, Click start button and wait for process to complete
