Note.
The screenshots shown here are taken while flashing Gionee E7 which has WBW8901 platform. The process is same if you want to flash devices with the other platforms.
Use this tutorial at your own risk!

Download and extract GNQC Download Tool from here
Install qualcomm usb drivers found inside the GNQC extracted folder
Launch gnqc_download from the extracted folder

-Click BP Browse button

-Select the bp folder found inside the ROM (Firmware) folder of the device you want to flash and click OK.

-Now Click the drop down on Name and select the platform Name of the device you want to flash. [This platform name is usually found on the name of the qcn file found inside the firmware (ROM) folder.]

-When the right platform is selected, the red box will change to yellow and you will see Ready to download.

-Now connect your device to PC while holding volume up or volume down button so that device will enter download mode.

-When your device is successfully connected, it will be displayed under Ports (COM & LPT)

-Now click Download. The download progress is shown as a green progress bar with percentage completed.

-When the Yellow box changes to green with note BP an AP upgrade successful then the process is complete.
You can disconnect an boot up your device.
