Dowload and extract firmware
Copy mfastboot and rk-motoflash.bat into firmware extracted folder
Put device into fastboot mode and connect to PC.
Run rk-motoflash.bat
Wait for flash process to complete.

Note
rk-motoflash.bat simply makes it easy to flash all required partitions
If you like to flash some particular partitions, open cmd and type in mfastboot command to flash that partition.
